About Me

A Bit of Backstory

I once sought support for my own dog, and realised how often knowledge gets gatekept in this industry. The more you want to learn, the more you’re expected to pay, without ever really knowing who to trust. That taught me how valuable it is to have someone properly on your side. Someone who’s excited to chat things through, problem solve, and make sure things are working for you and your dog, not just leave you to it and assume it’s all going swimmingly.

Having moved to the dog world after ten years working in Oncology, being there for people when things get tough comes pretty naturally to me, so you know you won’t get any judgement. What you will get is just the right support, exactly when you need it. Whether that’s feedback on a training video, a concept explained in a more manageable way, or just a good rant after a tough walk.

Life with a dog can be hard.

I see this a lot; owners bring their dog home with all the plans for adventures and relaxing outside a cafe, but the reality ends up a bit different.

Maybe you’re dealing with behaviours you didn’t expect, feeling embarrassed on walks, or are just exhausted from trying everything you can think of. If that’s you, you’re not alone, and it’s definitely not your fault. You’re so welcome here, and I can guarantee absolutely no judgement.

I love helping people understand how their dog actually thinks and learns, and watching the lightbulb moments click into place, bringing that dream life with your dog a step closer.

I’m a qualified trainer with the IMDT, and everything I teach is evidence based and held to the strictest ethical standards. This approach makes learning fun for you and your dog, and builds a super strong relationship whilst effectively tackling those problem behaviours.

What Working Together Feels Like

A bit like having a friend at the end of the phone, one who happens to be a massive dog nerd. We’ll build clear goals with clear structure, and you’ll have proper support and accountability between sessions. I’m just as invested in your progress as you are, so when things click, you know I’ll be celebrating right there with you.

Sound Like You?

This works best for people who are ready to put the effort in. We’re not chasing quick fixes here – real change takes time and consistency. If you’re after an instant fix or minimal involvement, we’re probably not the right fit, but if you’re ready to show up for your dog and commit to building a proper relationship with them, we’ll get on brilliantly.

I limit the number of clients I work with, so everyone gets the best support I can give. The fact you’re here tells me you’re ready to put the work in, so we might just be the right fit.

Have a look at how we can work together, or get in touch and let’s have a chat.
